The SOS button on your keypad lets you quickly call for help in an emergency. Pressing and holding it triggers a panic alarm that alerts our monitoring station and can result in police dispatch.

🚨 How to Trigger the Panic Alarm

1. Locate the SOS button at the top of your keypad.
2. Press and hold it for about 3 seconds.
3. Your keypad will display "Police Alarm" and the siren will sound.

🔕 How to Cancel the Alarm

If the alarm was triggered by accident, cancel it right away:

1. Enter your 4-digit disarming code on the keypad.

What Happens Next?

Shortly after the alarm is triggered, our monitoring station will call you to check in.

• If you confirm you need help, or
• If you don't answer the call in time,

The monitoring station will assume assistance is needed and will request police dispatch to your location.

Tip: Because a real dispatch can be requested quickly, only use the SOS button in an actual emergency — and be ready to answer the follow-up call so you can cancel dispatch if it isn't needed.
