How to adjust the volume on your Cove keypad
You can control the volume of your keypad's voice prompts and chimes directly on the device or through the app — whichever is easiest for you.

Two ways to adjust the volume
🔘Option 1 — Use the button on your keypad
Press and release the volume button on the left side of the keypad. Each press increases the volume by one level and your keypad will announce the current level out loud.

Once you reach level 10, pressing the button again will reset back to level 1 and cycle through again.

📱Option 2 — Adjust from the app
Prefer to use the app? You can find the volume control in your app settings under the Status Volume slider. Drag it to the level you prefer.
