When your alarm goes off, you have a few quick ways to let us know whether help is needed — or if it was a false alarm. Here's what to expect.

What to tap in the app
🚨Confirm Alarm — I need help
Tap this if your alarm is real and you need emergency services. A pop-up will ask you to confirm — tap Confirm and our monitoring team will dispatch the proper authorities right away, without needing to call you first.
✅False Alarm, Disarm — Everything is okay
Tap this if your alarm went off by accident. Your system will disarm and our monitoring team will be notified that no action is needed. They will cancel the alarm event on their end.
Act quickly — there's a time limit
Step 1 — Our monitoring team will call the contacts on your account to verify the alarm.
Step 2 — If no one confirms it's a false alarm, the proper authorities will be dispatched.
