Panel Sound Not Working
If your panel isn’t making any noise—like door chimes or voice alerts—it’s often a simple fix. Follow the steps below to get your panel sounding like it should again.

Check the Panel Volume
- On the home screen, look at the bottom right corner.
- Make sure the volume is not set to “0”.

Adjust Sound Settings
- Tap Settings (top right corner).
- Enter your four-digit Master Code.
- Go to System > Sounds.
- Make sure the following are all turned ON:
- Panel Volume
- Chime Sound
- Voice Sound

Check Individual Sensor Chimes
- From Settings, enter your Master Code again.
- Tap Sensors, then choose the sensor type (like Door or Window).
- Press EDIT next to the sensor that isn’t chiming.
- Ensure Chime and/or Voice Sound is set to ON.

If the sound still isn’t working, reboot the Panel
- Remove the backplate from your panel.
- Carefully unplug the AC power cord and then the backup battery.
- Wait for the panel to fully power off.
- Reconnect the backup battery first, then the AC power cord.
