While our system is designed for reliability, rare issues can still occur. This guide walks you through how to quickly resolve when the screen is frozen or unresponsive.

If your panel screen is not reacting to touch or button presses, perform a hard reset:

1. Power Down the Panel
   • Remove the backplate.
   • Unplug the panel from the wall.
   • Disconnect the battery cable from its terminal.
   • Once the panel is powered off completely, wait 10 seconds.
2. Restart the Panel
   • Reconnect the battery cable.
   • Plug the panel back into the wall.
   • Reattach the backplate.
3. Wait 4 Minutes before continuing to ensure the system is fully rebooted before using it.
