Need to give your panel a fresh start? No problem — resetting your Cove Touch Panel is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below.
Important: Your system must be disarmed first.
Step-by-Step Reset Instructions
- Disarm your system using your 4-digit Master Code.
- Press and hold both the Home and Call buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
- When the screen says
"To reset the system please enter your master passcode"
— go ahead and enter your code within 10 seconds. - The screen will go dark for a moment.
If your panel is still plugged in, it’ll flash blue briefly, then return to the Home screen.
That’s it! Your Cove Panel is now reset and ready to go.
