We know you’re excited to get started — and we’re just as eager to get your system to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping timeline:
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders placed before 2 PM ET (Mon–Fri) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
- Our warehouse is closed on weekends, so any orders placed after 2 PM ET on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on:
- Your location
- UPS shipping schedules
- Weather conditions or holiday-related delays
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way!
