Navigating and Using the Cove Connect App

The Cove Connect app interface differs slightly between iOS and Android, but both let you monitor and control your home security with ease.
Home Screen / Dashboard
- When you first log in, your home screen is mostly blank.
- You can customize it later to show your favorites, sensors, cameras, and scenes.
Accessing Settings
iOS
- Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner.
- Options include:
- Manage Access – Control what other users can do
- Manage System – Rename or add new sensors
- Manage Cameras – Adjust camera settings
- Dealer Info – View the Dealer information (this may be removed in our build)
- My Info – View/update your account info
- Notifications – Customize alerts
- Preferences – Enable Face ID login
- Theme – Change app color theme

About – includes info about:
- License Agreement
- Privacy and Terms
- Logout – Sign out
Android
- Tap the three white lines in the top-left corner to open the menu.
- Options include:
- Dashboard – Your app home screen, which also displays your “Favorites”
- Security – Control system components
- Cameras – View camera footage (Plus plan required)
- Scenes – Manage routines for your system
- Groups – Edit your sensor groups
- My Info – View/update your account info
- Manage Access – Control what other users can do
- Dealer Info – This contains information to contact our support team
- Notifications – Customize alerts
- Settings – View auxiliary settings you can adjust for your system
- About – See information about the app.
- Logout – Sign out
Modifying Favorites
- Tap the three white lines and pencil icon (iOS) or use the Dashboard menu (Android) to customize your home screen.
- Choose which devices, sensors, cameras, or scenes appear for quick access.
