Cove App - Timeout Error
This error commonly occurs when your cell phone is trying to connect to both your WIFI and your cellular data at the same time. Here's how to fix it:
- We recommend that you turn off the wifi on your phone when you are attempting to login to the app for the first time
- We also recommend that you enable Touch ID sign-in or Auto Sign-in on your Cove app.
This will allow you to sign-in to your app if you are connected to Wifi or using your cell data, without receiving the timeout error.
