Cove App Reading Tamper

The App will only read tamper when the panel has been tampered with. (i.e. this is a common occurrence when this button is pressed)


Wall Mount

The tamper message on the app should go away once the panel is returned to its place on the wall. If it does not,

  1. Go to Settings on the Panel
  2. Click on System
  3. Click System Info
  4. Toggle the "Panel Install Location" from wall to table
  5. You may need to logout and log back into the app to have the message clear

Following these steps should result in the tampered message clearing from the app immediately, regardless of panel location.
