To save camera footage, follow these steps: Access the app for your cameras (Cove App, Eufy App, Skybell, etc). Look for the section with your clips in the app. By default, clips are stored in the cloud for 7 days. Choose the clip(s) you want to keep and download them. The downloaded clips will be saved to your phone's local storage. If your camera has an SD card, retrieve the footage using a computer.

Important: Save the footage from an old camera's SD card before inserting it into a new camera to avoid reformatting the SD card and data loss.

Skybell: Hold the doorbell button down for 60 seconds or until the LED flashes yellow. There will be a series of different colors and flashing patterns, ignore all of these until the light flashes yellow.

Eufy Cameras: All Eufy cameras need to be removed from your app and this will initiate the reset protocol.
