Cove App - How to Add a User

This video will show you how to add an additional user on the App.

ONLY THE MASTER USER HAS PERMISSION TO ADD ANOTHER USER

• Login to the App
• From the home screen, click on the menu bar located at the top left of the screen
• Select "Users"
• Press the "+" symbol located at the bottom of the list

Enter the following information:

1. Full name, email and mobile phone number
2. If you want this user to have full Admin permissions, select "Master User"
3. Select "App User"
4. Enter a unique 4 digit Panel Code this user will use to disarm from either the panel or the App
5. To confirm, select the check mark at the top right
