  5. Locate the “Global Chime” toggle

  7. Once set, the Alarm Panel will automatically apply the settings. You can navigate out by clicking the back arrow or the “Home” button located on the top menu.

  2. Select “Settings”

Manage User Access

Your Alarm Panel will allow you to manage your users and passcodes for your system.  In order to do this your Alarm Panel and Hub need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi Network.

If you need help doing this please view these articles:

Once your Hub and Alarm Panel are both connected you can now connect the Alarm Panel to our backend.  This will allow you to add, delete, and edit users and passcodes. For more information, please refer to this article.

Keypads

This section allows you to view other Alarm Panels connected to your Hub and the Device Serial Number. You can also rename an Alarm Panel by going into this keypads section and clicking and holding on any of the listed Alarm Panels. It will automatically update the names of the other alarm panels from this page, though we recommend doing it using this method.

Communication Test

The communication test refers to the communication between the Hub and our monitoring team. If you are looking for communication between the Alarm panel and the Hub, please refer to the “Wi-Fi” section of the “Touchpad” settings.

To initiate a communication test:

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Select “Settings”

  3. Select “Panel”

  4. Enter the 4-digit passcode.

  5. Locate and click on “Communication Test”

  6. Wait roughly 1-2 minutes or until the Status changes from “Testing” to your end result.

There are 5 status results available:

  • Bad - Your signal strength to our monitoring is very weak and is susceptible to dropping off the network when you need it. Consider relocating the Hub to improve its signal.

  • Marginal - The signal is working but it’s weak and is still possible to drop off of the cellular network. Consider relocating the Hub to improve its signal.

  • Acceptable - The signal is in an acceptable range where there’s little to no risk of the Hub dropping off of the cellular network

  • Good - This signal has a good signal and any commands sent to and from the Hub will receive a speedy response

  • Best - The signal strength is quite strong where it’s located.

You can see the results of your test, including:

  • The response time that it takes to send a signal from the Hub to our monitoring team (in milliseconds) and the number of success commands being sent, including their success rate.

Restart Setup Wizard

Your Alarm Panel has the ability to restart the installation wizard (walking you through the process you went through when you first received your equipment). You may choose to restart this wizard:

  • To perform a complete system test.

  • If you have moved your system into a new home and need to set your equipment back up

  • If you are transferring the system to a friend or family.

If you find yourself moving or you want to transfer the account to someone else, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. We want to ensure that the transfer of equipment goes smoothly and potentially avoid any hiccups.
