We know how important your panel is—and how frustrating it can be when something unexpected happens. While our system is designed for reliability, rare issues can still occur. This guide walks you through how to quickly resolve your panel not turning on

If your panel is not turning on, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the Panel
   Disconnect the panel from the wall outlet.
2. Remove the Backup Battery
   • Slide the stand downward until it clicks out of place.
   • Locate the white button on the back of the panel, then unscrew and slide down the battery cover.
   • Gently lift the battery from the right side to access the connectors.
   • Carefully disconnect the battery and set it aside.
3. Restart the Panel
   • Plug the panel back into the wall outlet.
   • Wait for the screen to display “I’m Ready to Arm” (this may take a few minutes).
   • Let it stay on A/C power only for 2–3 minutes (without the backup battery attached).
4. Reconnect the Battery
   • Reconnect the battery wires.
   • Replace the battery cover and slide the stand back into place.
