This feature allows two-way communication directly from your panel. This can be done by

• Arming your system and triggering an alarm
• Pressing the call button on your panel to request a Medical, Fire, or Police dispatch

In an emergency, the monitoring center can speak to whoever is home, even if you've changed your emergency contact numbers.

Verbal Hostage Code

You can also set a verbal Hostage Code, which you would give the monitoring center in the event that you would like to have the authorities dispatched without informing anyone in your home. This is similar to the 4-digit hostage passcode. To have a verbal hostage code set, call 855.268.3669.
