Your Account tab in the Cove Online Portal is your personal command center. From updating your information to managing your emergency contacts and monitoring plan, it’s all just a click away.

Account Information
Easily view and update your:
- Monitored address (used for emergency dispatch)
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
Keeping this info up to date ensures you never miss a critical alert or shipment.

System Password
Your verbal password (or “safeword”) is what we’ll ask for when you call in—helping us confirm your identity and protect your account.

Emergency Contacts
Add trusted friends or family members who we’ll contact if you can’t be reached during an alarm event.

User Settings
- Update the password for your portal account.
- Enable or disable multi-factor authentication. See Portal - Multi-Factor Authentication for more information.
Update Security Certificate
Download or request an updated security certificate.
Many home insurance companies will provide a discount for homeowners with security systems.
Monitoring Plan
