Equipment Rewards (Plus Plan Only) Order More Equipment How to Place an Order FAQ

The Equipment tab in your Cove Customer Portal is your go-to place for everything related to your security add-ons. Whether you're checking your rewards or making a purchase, it’s all in one simple spot.

Equipment Rewards (Plus Plan Only)

If you're on the Cove Plus monitoring plan, you’ll see your available equipment credit and a full history of your rewards. You can apply this credit directly toward future equipment purchases—it's like cash back for securing your home!

On the Basic plan? You won’t see this section, but you can still purchase more equipment anytime.

 
 

Order More Equipment

Looking to expand your system with more sensors, cameras, or accessories? You can order equipment right through the portal, using the same simple layout as when you first signed up.

If it’s been less than 60 days since you started service, you’re eligible for any active equipment discounts on the Cove website.

After 60 days? You may contact our customer service at 855-268-3669 for any additional questions related to discounts.

 
 

How to Place an Order

  • Log into your Customer Portal.
  • Go to the Equipment tab.
  • Click "Buy Equipment."

Have equipment credit?
If you're on the Cove Plus plan, you’ll see the option to apply your current credit balance to your order. Just check the box to use it at checkout!

  • Select the items and quantity you want.
  • Scroll down to review your total.
  • Click "Review Order" to confirm:
    • Your selected equipment
    • Shipping address (edit if needed)
    • Payment method (change card if necessary)

  • Once everything looks good, click “Complete Order.”

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, with a summary of your items and estimated delivery details.


 
 

FAQ

Q: Is there a discount on equipment?
Yes! If you're still within your first 60 days of service, you qualify for any active discounts currently shown on our website.

Q: Can I use only part of my credit for an order?
Not at this time. The system only allows you to apply all of your available credit or none of it.

Q: Why is shipping charged even if I have enough credit to cover my order?
Cove credit applies only to the equipment cost—it doesn’t cover shipping fees.
