Forgot your password or need to update it? No problem—resetting your Cove Customer Portal password is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below:
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to portal.covesmart.com
- Click on “Forgot my password.”
- Enter the email linked to your account, then click “Reset My Password.”
- A confirmation message will appear: “Password Reset Email Sent.”
- Check your email inbox or your junk/spam folder.
- Open the email from Cove and click the “Reset My Password” link.
- Create a new password on the page that opens.
- Enter your new password, then confirm it by typing it again.
- Click “Change My Password” to finish.
Password Tips
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. Special characters aren’t required but are a great way to make your password stronger.
