Didn't Receive a Call After Finishing the Setup?
Once you complete the Installation Wizard, your Alarm Panel will display this screen:
Our professional monitoring team will call the phone number you provided when you placed your order — just to make sure everything is good to go.
If you don’t get a call within 10 minutes:
- Check for missed calls from (833) 229-7568.
- Listen to any voicemails — it may have gone straight there.
- If there’s no sign of a call, don’t worry! Just give us a quick ring at 855-268-3669.
We will make sure we have your correct phone number on file and help get that updated for you.
