Understanding Sensor and Cellular Communication

It is recommended that you test your alarm system regularly. Please follow these steps to properly test the cellular communication of your system: 

• Cellular Communication tests the panel's connection to nearby cellular towers as well as the Monitoring Station.

Testing your Alarm System

Follow these steps:

1. Tap "Settings" (On the top right-hand corner of your panel)
2. Enter in your four-digit master code
3. Select "System"
4. Select "Test System"
5. Select "TEST" next to "Cellular Communication"
