Regularly testing your alarm’s audio features helps ensure everything is working as it should. You can easily test both the panel voice audio and the alarm siren in just a few quick steps.
What You Can Test:
- Sound Audio – This tests the panel’s voice prompts and spoken messages
- Siren Audio – This tests the system’s alarm siren
How to Run a Sound & Siren Test
Follow these steps
- On your panel, tap “Settings” (top right corner).
- Enter your 4-digit Master Code.
- Select “System”.
- Tap “Test System”.
- Press the “TEST” button next to:
- Sound Audio
- Siren Audio
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete each test.
