There are a variety of different sound settings you can adjust on the Alarm Panel which will affect only that individual panel. If you have more than one Alarm Panel, you will need to adjust the setting on each alarm panel you wish to have adjusted.

To Access the Sound Settings:

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Sounds”.

Adjusting Alarm Volume

Adjusting  the Alarm Volume will adjust the siren noise coming from that panel only (Not the Hub). If you do not wish to have a Siren go off on that specific Alarm Panel:

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Sounds”
  4. Locate “Alarm Volume”
  5. Move the slider to the desired volume. If you wish to have the volume increased, slide the slider to the right, and for a quieter alarm, slide the slider to the left.
  6. You will hear a click after you move the slider to indicate the volume if the siren were to go off, and how loud it would be. Adjust the volume to your desired preference.
  7. Once set, the Alarm Panel will automatically apply the settings. You can navigate out by clicking the back arrow or the “Home” button located on the top menu.

Turning Voice On or Off

If you do not wish to hear audible announcements when doors open or close, or when your system is armed and disarmed, you can disable that through the sound settings.

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Sounds”
  4. Tap on “Voice Feedback”
  5. Toggle the “Voice Feedback” on (Blue) or off (Grey) if you would like all voice announcements toggled on or off.
    1. You can also toggle on or off individual announcements on the list of different audible announcements you would like the system to announce.
  6. Once toggled, the Alarm Panel will automatically apply the settings. You can navigate out by clicking the back arrow or the “Home” button located on the top menu.

Adjusting Status/Keypress Volume:

Adjusting “Status/Keypress Volume” allows you to adjust the volume of the clicking noise when you press on something on your screen. To adjust the “Status and Keypress volume:

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Sounds”
  4. Locate the “Status and Keypress Volume” Section
  5. Increase or decrease the slider to the desired volume. If you wish to have the volume increased, slide the slider to the right, and for a quieter alarm, slide the slider to the left.
  6. Once set, the Alarm Panel will automatically apply the settings. You can navigate out by clicking the back arrow or the “Home” button located on the top menu.

If you want the Keypress clicking noise off, you can toggle the Keypress Toggle off (grey).

Turning Chime Sound On or Off

The system will chime (the beeping noise coming from the Alarm Panel) by default when doors open and close. If you do not wish to hear that chime from your panel:

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Sounds”
  4. Locate the “Status and Keypress Volume” Section
  5. Toggle the “Chime” toggle either on (Blue) or off (Grey)
  6. Once toggled, the Alarm Panel will automatically apply the settings. You can navigate out by clicking the back arrow or the “Home” button located on the top menu.

If you are looking to disable the chime on all devices, please refer to the “Global Chime” section of the “Panel Settings” article.

Adjusting Media Volumes (Camera/Doorbell):

This toggle is intended for future development when we can incorporate the camera’s viewability on the Alarm Panel. In its current iteration it doesn’t serve a purpose. This section will be updated once we have added that functionality.

Doorbell Tone

This toggle is intended for future development when we can incorporate the camera’s viewability on the Alarm Panel. In its current iteration it doesn’t serve a purpose. This section will be updated once we have added that functionality.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours will ensure the Alarm Panel doesn’t make any unnecessary sounds during a specified time period (Chimes and Voice.)

To set quiet hours:

  1. Click on “More” at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Sounds”
  4. Scroll down to “Quiet Hours”
