Smoke Detector Not Triggering

If you feel your sensor is not triggering or communicating please Check the Following:
- Verify that the batteries in the sensor are new batteries
- Move the Sensor closer to the Hub
- Make sure the Smoke Detector is mounted properly
If the sensor still won’t communicate or trigger, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
