Refund within 60 days after purchase

Cove will provide a complete refund of service and equipment charges, as long as you notify us no later than sixty (60) days following your date of purchase (the “60-Day Refund Period”). You must also ship the Product(s) you want to return to us no later than the “60-Day Refund Period”. The purchased products need to be returned with all the components of the original purchase in good working condition. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
