Medical vs SOS FAQ

When you purchase a Medical button with your system it can automatically connect you to medical services. When programmed as an SOS button, it can be used to notify the police. 

Medical

• To trigger, press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the blue LED comes 
• The button may be worn during showers and baths
• Water-resistance NOT waterproof, DO NOT SUBMERGE
• Sets off the alarm at the panel
• Cannot be used to communicate through
• Sends a Medical Alert to our monitoring station

SOS

• You must add your medical button as a remote to your panel
• To activate the SOS feature, press and hold the SOS button down for three seconds until the blue LED comes on, release, and immediately press and hold again.
• Sets off the alarm at the panel
• Cannot be used to communicate through
• Sends a Police Alert to our monitoring station
