Arming Away: Full Protection When You're Out

Heading out? Use Away Mode to fully secure your home. In this mode, all intrusion sensors — including motion detectors — are activated, so your home stays protected while you’re away.
How to Arm in Away Mode
- From the Home Screen, tap “Arm Away.”
- Your panel will announce “Arming Away” and begin a 60-second countdown.
- Open and close a door during the countdown to confirm you’ve left the home. (If no door is opened, the system will switch to Stay Mode automatically.)
- Need to cancel? Tap “Cancel” and enter your 4-digit passcode.
Pro Tip: The countdown gives you time to exit comfortably without rushing or triggering an alarm. With Away Mode, you can leave home confidently.
