Sensors will not properly trigger on Installation Wizard

After you have created your master passcode your Alarm Panel will now prompt you to trigger and install each of your sensors.  Follow the instructions on the Alarm Panel screen to trigger your sensor.

1. Check the Sensor for any battery pull tabs and remove them

2. Bring the Sensor next to the Hub

3. Trigger the Sensor Again

4. If the Sensor still doesn’t trigger

If you are unable to call, you can skip that Sensor Category and proceed with triggering and installing your other sensors and then call us at your earliest convenience to resolve any issues.
