Cameras Failing to Connect to the Eero Router (or Other Mesh Routers)

If your cameras are not connecting to your Eero router or another mesh router, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Eero app (or your router's app) and navigate to Settings.

  2. Select Troubleshooting.

  3. Click My Device Won’t Connect.

  4. Select My device is 2.4GHz Only.

  5. Click Temporarily Pause 5GHz (this disables the 5GHz network for about 10 minutes).

  6. Restart the pairing process in the Cove Connect App (or the app you’re using for your cameras).

 


If issues persist, you may need to consult your router manufacturer’s support team for further troubleshooting.
