Getting started with the Cove Connect app
Everything you need to download the app, log in for the first time, and get into your account — all in one place.

Step 1 — Download the app
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) on your phone.
- Search for "Cove Connect" and locate the app.
- Tap Install (Android) or Get (iPhone) to download it to your phone.
- Once downloaded, open the Cove Connect app.
When you first open the app, it may ask for a few permissions — like location or contacts. Tap Allow to get the best experience.
Step 2 — Log into your account
🔐Logging in for the first time
- Your username and password were sent to you by text after you completed your system installation. Use those to log in.
- The first time you log in, you'll be asked to review and accept the Terms and Conditions. Tap Accept to continue.
- Your phone may ask if you'd like to set up Face ID, fingerprint, or Touch ID for quicker access. You can set this up now or do it later through your app settings.
- Once you're in, we recommend updating your password under My Info in the app settings.

Forgot your password?
🔑How to reset your password
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address and follow the prompts.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link from Cove and tap it.
- You'll be taken to a page where you can create a new password.
- Go back to the app and log in with your new password.
