History and Alerts

If your Alarm Panel or App reports a troubled alert, it’s important to address the issue and resolve it to clear the alert. These alerts are to notify you that there is an issue with the system and your system may not operate properly until that issue is fixed. To Address and Resolve your troubled condition: Locate the troubled alert either on your app or Alarm Panel. You can also check the peripherals page for any reported trouble conditions Identify the sensor or equipment related to that troubled condition and refer to the links below for its respective troubleshooting. To view or clear your Alarm History go to your Alarm Panel and swipe down from the top of the screen. This will bring up your recent notifications on the right hand side. You can scroll up and down with your finger or if you would like to clear the history tap on “Dismiss All” in the top right hand corner.…
