What is my Safe Word?

Your Safe word or Central Station Passcode is a word or phrase that you created when you purchased your system. The Safe word allows you to verify your identity with our Monitoring Station and Cove. You will need to verify your Safe word in order to cancel false alarms and to make updates or changes to the account.

This verification will reduce the chances of the police being falsely dispatched to your home. If you purchased your system after 7/18/19, your Safe word can be found in your order confirmation email. To update your Safe word, please call our support team
