Auto-draft Monthly Billing
Upon purchasing our system, you were enrolled in auto-draft. This means that each month, we will automatically charge your card on file for your monthly monitoring cost. If you need your monthly monitoring cost, this can be found in your original order confirmation, which was emailed after purchase.
Updating Billing Information
To update your billing information we recommend that you call our Billing Department at 855.268.3669. At this time we do not have a way for customers to update their information on their own. Once a customer portal is available, we will send an update via our Knowledge Base, and you will have the ability to update your payment information online.
